Fashion Valentine: Canniny ★

Been following adorable Canniny on instagram for a while and I completely love her colorful outfits. She is just the perfect sweet lolita and her outfits are always on point. I also must say that she takes great photos of her outfits and that makes things look sooo much better, I wish more people would take the time to get good outfit pictures. I love her coords in soft pastels, Melody Toys is such a cute print and this version of the jsk is adorable. I like the haircolor of the wig and the bunnyears on both these outfits. Cream Cookie looks really cute too with the splitwig making it extra sweet.

She also makes good use of primary colors too, many people tend to coord these colors more bittersweet but she keeps it really sweet with how she styles it. And I love that my melody bad, I want one! 

Here she is again in Cream Cookie but a bit more toned down, the bag and heart in the hair from the Melody Toys collection looks really nice with it. The Misty Sky look is just so cute one her with the blonde hair. I'm super jealous of the blue plush bag, I hope I can find it one day. 

I love these coords and they make me want to dress up in lolita more and also remember to take better photos while I do. Keep looking cute and I look forward to seeing more outfits from you. <3

Angelic Pretty: Queen Rose Princess [★2017 Brilliant Dress Collection★]

Another dress from the 2017 Brilliant Dress Collection from Angelic Pretty, this one is called Queen Rose Princess. I really like the flower print used, the mint and pink looks really sweet. Though I think it would look better without the wine red ribbons all over the dress. The color doesn't match the print at all. It just feels really tacked on there. The teal on the bodice also looks a bit out of place. 

The asymmetry of the dress looks really sweet and classic, the cut is really nice and frilly. I just wish the big ribbons would be a more suitable color picked from the print, it would make the dress so much better. Also the front of the bodice part looks a bit off, the roses in the middle of the ribbons isn't a great look.

Angelic Pretty: ❤ Wonder Memories ❤

Wonder Memories is a new Alice in Wonderland inspired print by Angelic Pretty. Lets just address the biggest problem with this dress: the colorways. They are really bad and do not make the print look good at all. They make the print dull and messy. The only decent colorway would be the black one because at least the print looks clear. I feel like the colorways were thought to be like the ones for Wonder Story, but are just a bit off. I saw a 'fixed' photoshoped version on tumblr that shows the potential there. I just hope the colorways look better in real life.

The cuts are pretty basic but look nice enough, I like the extra row of frills on the bottom of the jsk. I just think this dress could of been so much better with other colorways that it feels disappointing.

❤Weekly Fashion Favorites [1]❤

I'm going to start doing a weekly fashion feature where I pick out my favorite outfits from the past week that I like and that inspire me. I both look around the web for anything that catches my eye and also you can submit outfits in this form to maybe be featured in future posts.

My first pick is Capsulebunny, I just love this outfit and knew I wanted to feature it as soon as I saw it. I love the soft fluffy cotton candy look. The hair and styling is perfect for it also, it's such a complete adorable look.

Airy put together this wonderful winter outfit with BTSSB's La Robe Vert Clair, its such and extravagant dress and it looks perfect in the winter setting. She really looks like a beautiful princess.

I love this sweet and simple outfit from Laura wearing Angelic Pretty's British Bear. It just looks both sweet, elegant and perfect for the season. The teddy bear bag is a nice touch.

This look by Arthael is just so elegant and well balanced. The gold detailing is so pretty but not too much. She makes Angelic Pretty's Twinkle Carnival look so classic combined with clothes from Alice and the Pirates. Love this look!

Angelic Pretty: L'Etoile du Theatre [★2017 Brilliant Dress Collection★]

Here is an other dress from Angelic Pretty's 2017 Brilliant Dress Collection, called L'Etoile du Theatre. The detailing on this is absolutely gorgeous, the shade of pink looks perfect on the white dress. It looks like a really pretty and extravagant ballerina dress.

The bodice is just perfect and I think its great that they have shirring on the back, it both suits the style and makes it wearable for more people. I don't quite like the beige ribbon on the back, there are not enough details in the same color. I think something more sheer and pink would look better or just white with pink details. I really want to see how this looks worn, it's really pretty but I don't know how people would coord it. I look forward to seeing.

Angelic Pretty: Prism Princess [★2017 Brilliant Dress Collection★]

Angelic Pretty released a collection of extravagant dresses and one of them is Prism Princess. This dress is truly amazing, the detailing is pristine. It looks like a most opulent wedding cake. With fine rose printed fabric as base and layers of lace and frills. The color combination of pale pink, white and lavender bows looks amazing for the style of dress. I love the little gems and pearls all over the dress. 

 

I love the little rainbow lace around the neck that is used in a few more places on the dress, Its adorable without making the dress messy. I know a lot of people don't like these but I'm in love with this. I hope to see some worn photos of it soon!

Angelic Pretty: 2017 Lucky Packs!

This year Angelic Pretty's lucky pack is cute Wonder Toy, featuring cute plush bears and bunnies. I think it's really cute though the pictures above don't quite do the print justice.

The proper stock photos show it of a lot better. I think both cuts of the jsk look cute. I like that they have the black colorway since it makes the dress have a lot less sweet feel than the other two options.

There is also the cheaper 'lolita starter set' as always, I think its pretty cute but basic as always. It has a nice variation of colors to chose from.
