Fashion Valentine: Claire Max

This week my fashion valentine is Claire Max, an adorable space princess living in California. I met her while I was in Cali his time and she was such a delight to hang out with! As you probably see from the pictures Claire has a favorite theme: Space. I love that she manages to make so many different looks with the same theme. She is also really creative and has made many of the accessories that she wears. She is also going to design some clothes. Claire has the Dreamy Planetarium print in several colors, my personal favorite is the pink one because it looks like cotton candy. All the accessories perfectly match with the theme, she always wears lots of stars.

Another thing that is completely fabulous with this pretty girls is that her hair is so amazing!! I love that she takes the time to style her hair so beautifully and the colors in it just goes perfectly with the type of outfits she wears. Her make-up makes her look so magical.

I love doing themes with my outfits and when people really perfect a certain theme like this it makes me want to try harder and keep tweaking my outfits until I get it perfect. And I love seeing her pictures for hair styling inspiration. Cant wait to see the wonderful designs you will do in the future and cant wait to meet you again. Event: Cherry Blossom Festival

Saturday I was in the fashion show that J-Fashion Sweden organized for the Cherry Blossom Festival! It was so much fun and the official Hello Kitty joined us in the fashion show, which I think was pretty cool! The adorable Agnes presented all the models and was pointing out the importance of just having fun with the fashion styles. <3

To the left is Victoria looking awesome in her Wonder Queen dress that she modified herself. To the right is my outfit, the dress is from Japan LA, I love it so much!! Wearing Fairy Kei is really fun and I was really happy with my outfit.

Here are some more photos from the fashion show, my dear bf was taking photos and had a hard time not getting the back of peoples heads in the photos. But there were still some cute ones.

It was so much fun meeting every ones. Looking forward to seeing all of you again for Japan Loppisen on Friday. I will be in the fashion show then too.

Its fun going to these kinds of events and the cherry blossoms were really pretty.

Angelic Pretty: Strawberry Whip

Angelic Pretty now has Strawberry Whip up for reservations, this is such a lovely strawberry print. One of my favorite things with this dress is that the scale of the print is so huge! The boarder almost covers the whole bottom part which make it look so gorgeous. It feels like a dress that is perfect for summer. It makes me want to have some strawberry cake.~

I think that my pick would be the white jsk because the print stands out the best on this colorway and it would be so cute to coord.

Angelic Pretty: Shadow Dream Carnival and Chess Emblem

I think this special set is so lovely! Both the cut and color looks lovely with this print. Also the full back shirring makes the dress really comfy. I look forward to seeing people wear this dress. As you all know I'm a big fan of mint colorways.

I'm not as big a fan of this print, but I know that a lot of other people liked it. This colorway is the nicer one I think. Its pretty but just not my style.

I love these retro looking polkadot dresses, people make such amazing coords with this style. I love when people coord lolita to look 50s retro. Hope to see it in closet of frills!

Fashion Valentine: Essy Noir

This weeks fashion valentine is lovely Essy Noir! I have followed her on social media for a long time now, I first found her on lookbook and fell in love with her incredibly clean and minimalist sense of style. She really has her own style down and it shows in every photo. And her photos are just amazing! Go follow her on lookbook, instagram and tumblr!

Most of her outfits are monochrome, the sharp contrasting black and white makes for a really graphic and pleasing aesthetic. The color blocking looks really well thought thru. She almost always has big clunky platforms or heals with her outfits. 

She also often wears only white or only black and she manages to keep it interesting by mixing different fabrics and wearing clothes with interesting cuts. With the overly kawaii and over the top cute style I'm used to wearing and seeing its so refreshing to see someone look incredibly cute with this simplicity.

Essy beautifully balances perfectly between cute feminine style and more tough, cool style. Like wearing a black leather jacket and shades balanced out with a little black dress and fluffy, clunky heals.

Sometimes she mixes in other colors and it always looks effortlessly perfect. I also must add that her hair always looks flawless. I think that its important to look for inspiration from people dressing in entirely different styles from yourself to find new ways to express your own fashion. If you just look for new ideas from people similar to yourself you will quickly stagnate. I love Essy's outfits and want to try to take some inspiration from her clean style. Fashion Valentine: Emilia

This week my fashion valentine is my dear friend Emilia, also known as Pastelbat! She has an amazing fashion sense and can make any style look amazing. She has always been a trendsetter and is really creative. She also makes accessories that she sells online and at events. Be sure to go follow her on tumblr and instagram for more outfits!

I really love the retro type style that Emilia has been dressing in lately. She looks absolutely stunning in all her outfits. On the left I love the black gingham with pastel pink, it just looks classy and expensive. The look to the right is simple but still looks super fashionable somehow!

Emilia also does very cute more pop style outfits too. Both these look so comfortable and super adorable. The overalls with all the pink on is really cute. 

Emilia used to dress more in lolita before but still had some lolita pieces that she uses now and then. I think that she really brings style elements from the other styles she dress in into lolita which results in some really creative outfits! 

Emilia keeps surprising me with new creative outfits and I just cant wait to see what she comes up with next! These two outfits look really fancy and doll like, love it! She is also a really good friend, I have known her for over five years and she has always been a very kind person.
